Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase a BF Blocks subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. This applies to:
- •All new subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Agency plans).
- •Monthly and annual billing options.
To request a refund, contact us with your account email address and order reference. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Subscription Renewals
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies to your first payment only. For subsequent renewal charges:
- •Renewals are not eligible for refunds once the new billing period has started.
- •You can cancel at any time from your portal dashboard to prevent future renewals.
- •Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
When you upgrade your plan, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the new lower rate applies at your next renewal date — no credit is issued for the unused portion of a higher plan.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable in full. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, you retain access until the end of the annual period — no partial refund is issued.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
- •Violation of our Terms of Service.
- •Suspected fraudulent activity or chargebacks.
- •Accounts that have previously received a refund.
How to Request a Refund
- 1.Visit our Contact page and select "Refund Request" as the subject.
- 2.Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- 3.We will review and respond within 1–2 business days. Eligible refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
