Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using BF Blocks ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use BF Blocks. These Terms are between you and ByteFlow ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of BF Blocks.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your payment of the applicable subscription fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use BF Blocks on the number of WordPress sites permitted by your subscription plan:

• •Starter: 1 site.
• •Pro: Up to 5 sites.
• •Agency: Unlimited client sites.

You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise redistribute the Plugin or your licence key.

3. Subscription and Payment

• •Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• •Payments are processed by Stripe. Your payment details are governed by Stripe's terms.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• •We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal.
• •You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details on eligibility.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Plugin beyond what is permitted by applicable law.
• •Share, distribute, or resell your licence key to any third party.
• •Use BF Blocks to create malicious, harmful, or unlawful content.
• •Circumvent or attempt to circumvent our licence enforcement mechanisms.

6. Intellectual Property

BF Blocks and all associated materials are the intellectual property of ByteFlow. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights. The "BF Blocks" name and logo are trademarks of ByteFlow.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BF Blocks is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BF Blocks. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and licence if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to use BF Blocks ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
