Licence Management
Your BF Blocks licence controls how many WordPress sites you can activate the plugin on simultaneously.
Licence Tiers & Site Limits
| Plan | Active Sites |
|---|---|
| Starter | 1 |
| Pro | 5 |
| Agency | 25 |
Local development environments (localhost, *.local, *.test) do not count against your site limit.
Where to Find Your Licence Key
Log in to the BF Blocks portal → Licences. Your licence key is displayed there alongside the number of active sites.
Activating on a New Site
- Install and activate the BF Blocks plugin on the new site.
- Navigate to BF Blocks → Licence.
- Paste your licence key and click Activate Licence.
Deactivating a Site
To free up a site slot, go to BF Blocks → Licence on the site you want to remove and click Deactivate Licence. The slot is freed immediately and available for use on another site.
You can also deactivate sites remotely from the portal → Licences page.
What Happens When a Licence Expires
Blocks continue to work after expiry
When your BF Blocks subscription expires, all previously created blocks continue to render normally on the front end. Visitors will not see any change. However, the BF Blocks builder is locked — you won't be able to create, edit, or delete blocks until you renew.
Renewing Your Licence
Log in to the portal and navigate to Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically — you will receive an email reminder 7 days before renewal. You can cancel or change plans at any time from the portal.
